Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Career Vyas. If, for any reason, You are not completely satisfied with a purchase We invite You to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that You purchased with Us.

Your Order Cancellation Rights

Refund policy applicable on directly subscription based services/plans. Mentorship Sessions are entitled under return policy and are 100% refundable if found satisfactory. You must information this within 24 hrs after mentorship call.
Career Vyas will refund 20% of the month's fees + 6 days of free mentorship if we do not reply to your query within 24 hrs of time. The reply via email, Whatsapp, SMS, or any other valid resource will be valid and one cannot ask for compensation in case he/she has not seen the message within 24 hrs even after its sent from Career Vyas.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by means of a clear statement. You can inform us of your decision by:

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which We receive the returned Goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.

Conditions for Refund

In order for the Goods to be eligible for a refund, please make sure that:
• Product is not a subscription, and you inform us within 24 hours of mentorship call.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Only regular priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply to You if it is not permitted by applicable law.

Returning Goods

We do not sell any physical products, hence user doesn't have to return anything to us back.
